DSS seeks ARISE's help in counseling clients

Members of the Oswego County Legislatures Health and Human Services Committee voted unanimously to award ARISE, a nonprofit organization based in Syracuse, with a contract to provide counseling services for individuals handled by Oswego Countys Department of Social Services (OCDSS).
