Small business counseling planned in Etowah County

The Jacksonville State University Small Business Development Center, the SBA and the Chamber of Gadsden and Etowah County will offer one-on-one counseling for prospective and existing small business owners from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday at the Chamber office.
