 Are you wondering how to get my boyfriend back? Believe me, I've been there. When I split up from my boyfriend I was devastated. All I could think about was how to get him back. The fact is, if there's any love at all between you and your partner, it is possible to salvage just about any relationship. Here's some advice for getting back your ex.


First of all, don't be unpleasant. Sure, there's probably a lot of anger in the air, but the point is to reduce the tension, not escalate it. Make yourself agreeable. If you feel like a total phony, then maybe this person really isn't for you.

But what if your ex is seeing someone new? This was actually my situation, and at first I was very unpleasant and disagreeable. Luckily, I got some really good advice. I started being nice and agreeable, and that planted a seed in my boyfriend's head that maybe he made a mistake in breaking up with me.

People make a lot of mistakes in relationships because they rely on their emotions too much. For example, after my boyfriend and I broke up I kept on calling him and trying to see him again. I nagged and complained. I tried to make him jealous. I even lied to him. I was really only pushing him further away.

The advice I got was to leave him alone. So I did. I left him alone, worked on myself, and then was really nice to him when we did meet again. You know that old saying, "absence makes the heart grow fonder"? Well, it's true!

It's important to allow your ex to remember why he or she fell in love with you in the first place. There are things you can do to make this happen.
